What we cannot help with

We do not make or ship the drives, and we cannot recover files from a drive that has failed. A warranty goes to the maker, and an order to the retail partner who took it. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. For an order you have already placed, their order page is the quickest route.
